"In my experience flying out of MSP..."
In my experience flying out of MSP, the security lines were much worse than I expected. The site made the wait look manageable, but I ended up standing there for what felt like forever and got close to missing boarding.
From my perspective, the lack of clear updates made it even more stressful. It didn’t seem like anyone really knew what was happening, and it was a frustrating way to start the trip. I personally wouldn’t rely on those wait times again

"Check-in line was all I could focus on"
My check-in experience at MSP was frustrating. I got there early, but once I saw how slowly the line was moving, that was basically all I could pay attention to. The staff seemed unsure about which counters were actually open, and there weren’t clear signs telling people where to go. Everyone around me was just asking each other what to do. I kept watching the clock and the same few people ahead of me barely move, and I still almost missed my flight. Not a great way to start a trip
"Why is the coffee so expensive??"
I stopped in for coffee and felt like I paid way too much for what I got. Like, how are food and drink prices getting this ridiculous??

"Bad first impression, but accessibility was okay"
My first impression wasn’t great. I expected things to be a bit smoother, but getting help felt slow at times and that was frustrating. The accessibility was okay overall, and someone did eventually help, but it definitely didn’t feel amazing.

"Drop-off was easy, but trust your gut on pickup timing"
I used MSP Airport to check the drop-off and pickup info before heading over. Drop-off was simple, and the signs were clear enough to follow without much stress. Pickup was a different story though. The area filled up fast, and it wasn’t totally obvious where I should wait. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected. If your instinct says to give yourself extra time, listen to it.

"WiFi Was Rough at MSP"
Not gonna lie, the WiFi at MSP was really frustrating during my long layover. It kept cutting out every few minutes, and half the time pages would start loading and then just stop. I tried reconnecting, switching seats, and even restarting my phone, but nothing really helped.
For an airport that big, I expected way better. I couldn’t get emails out or check updates without burning through my own data, which was annoying. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

"Good seating and easy to find"
I had a good experience overall. The place was mostly easy to find, and there was enough seats when I got there. Nothing fancy, but it worked fine for a quick visit.

"Too crowded and kind of a hassle"
I checked mspairport.com before heading out, but once I got there it was pretty much the same thing as usual. The terminals were packed, the lines were long, and traffic was backed up all over the place. I was just dropping someone off, but even that felt way more stressful than it should have. Trying to move around with all this going on was annoying, and it just felt like that whole busy-airport situation wasn’t being handled very well
"Expected a quick check, ended up frustrated"
I just wanted to quickly check my flight info on my phone, so I expected the mobile site to be simple to use. Instead, the pages were loading really slowly and a few buttons seemed to freeze or not respond. I had to refresh a couple of times just to get through it. Not the end of the world, but definitely more annoying than it should’ve been.
"Felt ignored when I needed help"
I asked for help twice, and both times the staff basically just shrugged and walked away. I’m usually cautious about where I spend my money, and that kind of response really didn’t make me feel comfortable or confident being there.

"Pretty decent airport, just felt a little hectic today"
Overall, it was a decent airport experience, but I was already kind of tired and the slow lines definitely made it feel more frustrating. Nothing terrible, just one of those days where the busyness gets to you a bit.

"Umm, baggage claim took forever"
I landed and then ended up waiting almost an hour for my bag, which was really frustrating. There were no updates, and I didn’t see any staff around explaining what was going on. Everyone was just standing there getting annoyed. Umm, MSP baggage claim really needs to be faster because this was such a bad way to end the trip.

"Uncomfortable place to wait"
I wasn’t a fan of the seating at the terminal. The chairs were really hard, the whole place felt too cold, and I couldn’t find anywhere comfortable to relax while waiting for my flight. By the time I boarded, I just felt stiff, chilly, and drained...

"Parking is a bit pricey"
To be fair, the airport itself was okay and I didn’t have any major issues getting around. The only thing that caught me off guard was the parking, it ended up costing more than I expected.

"I flew through MSP last week the..."
I flew through MSP last week the terminal just felt kind of gross. The bathrooms had trash on the floor, the sinks were messy, and then you sit down in the waiting area and it looks like nobody’s cleaned it in hours. For a big airport, you kind of expect it to be kept up better. It made the whole wait feel way more uncomfortable than it needed to be.

"Not a great first impression at MSP..."
Not a great first impression at MSP, honestly. The TSA staff I dealt with came off really rude. People would ask basic questions and they’d get talked down to, like everyone was supposed to already know exactly what to do. You could feel the tension building. Lines moving, people confused, staff seeming annoyed. It just made the whole process feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Easy enough to find, but the signs are a bit small"
I found my gate without too much trouble, so overall it was easy. I did notice the signs could be bigger though, especially the ones hanging a little farther down the hallway. I kept double-checking the gate number just to be sure I hadn’t missed a smaller sign tucked off to the side.

"Okay options, but a bit pricey"
The food and shop choices were decent overall, nothing too exciting but enough to get by. Prices felt kind of high to me, maybe because they know people don’t have a ton of other options nearby. Not bad, just not somewhere I’d expect a great deal.

"Getting to the rental cars was such a hassle!!!"
Getting to the rental cars at MSP was way more confusing than I expected!!! The signs weren’t very clear, and it felt like I was walking forever with my bags after already being tired from the flight!!! Maybe I missed an easier route or something, but it was annoying!!! The airport itself is fine overall, but the rental car pickup situation could definitely be better!!!

"Getting to MSP by transit was more of a hassle than I expected"
I tried taking public transit to MSP and it ended up being way more confusing than it needed to be, because the signs were kind of unclear, the connections felt slow, and I kept feeling like I was probably going the right way but not totally sure, so I can see it being fine if you already know the route, but for someone visiting or doing it for the first time it’s not exactly easy...
